Network For Good is a nonprofit organization that helps other nonprofits raise funds through the convenience of on-line donations. Before you donate, you should know that Network For Good deducts 4.75% from donations paid by credit card. You have the option of adding this fee to your donation so that we receive 100% of your intended gift. (By comparison we are charged 2.5 - 3.2% for any credit card donation that we process ourselves, and there is no charge for donations made by check.)

If you donate on-line through Network For Good, we suggest that you fill out a membership application and send it to us, so we have your complete information. Write the amount donated on the application and check the “On-line donation” box.

Become a proud member of The Sundance Association for Country-Western Dancing! The Sundance Association is a community-based, publicly-supported, volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation dedicated to the promotion of country-western dancing through instruction, performance and the presentation of public dance events.

The Sundance Association is known primarily for it's major project Sundance Saloon, providing country-western dance instruction and open dancing every Sunday and Thursday in San Francisco. In addition to Sundance Saloon, the Sundance Association helps to bring country-western dancing to community events such as street fairs and festivals, raise funds for other nonprofit organizations, and provide a much-needed vehicle for country-western dance and vocal performers.

As a volunteer-driven community-based project, Sundance Saloon is truly unique in the Bay Area. Sundance Saloon belongs to all of us, and its success depends on the support it receives from the community. If you are not already actively involved, we appeal to you for your help.

Contributions from individuals like you are essential to the survival of The Sundance Association. Admission fees to Sundance Saloon do not cover all our operating costs, which include not only rent, but also advertising, administrative costs, support of other community projects, and more. In fact, 20% of our revenue derives from donations. Your membership helps us meet our expenses and continue our work, while keeping our public entrance fees affordable for everyone.

As a member you receive some tangible benefits, such as regular newsletters and invitations to member meetings to keep you informed about the Association, free passes to Sundance Saloon, discounts to certain Sundance-sponsored activities, and the like. Your membership fees are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. But the primary reason to become a member is simply the knowledge that you are contributing to the future of country-western dancing in the Bay Area.

100% of your donation will be put to work. As a nonprofit organization, The Sundance Association benefits the community rather than the individual, and all "profits" are channeled back into its projects. We are very proud of the fact that our administrative expenses are held at less than 10% of our total expenses.
