We can't do it without you! We need a virtual army of volunteers to pull off the combined World Gay Rodeo Finals and Sundance Reno Round-Up. We know we can count on you to help. Do one shift, or several ... and feel proud to have contributed to making this weekend a success!
================================
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR A SHIFT
You can sign up on-line! We are using the same system that we used for the Sundance Stompede. You already have an account if you volunteered for the Sundance Stompede or any of the Sundance special events (Castro Street Fair, New Year’s Eve, S.F. Pride, Union Square, or Sundance In The Castro). Use the same e-mail address and password. If you don't have an account already, you can create a new one.
Choose a link to get started:
(view only, no log-in required)
(to be able to log into the system)
(to sign up for or cancel a shift)
================================
You do not have to use this system to volunteer. For hotel shifts, contact the Sundance volunteer coordinators with your name, e-mail address, cell phone number, and shifts desired, and we will get you signed up. For rodeo shifts, contact the IGRA volunteer coordinator.
Hint: Please add "wgrf-volunteer@sundancesaloon.org" to your e-mail address book. This system relies on getting messages to you, and we’ve found that our e-mails are sometimes rejected.
Special note to Sundance Saloon volunteers: The WGRF volunteer system is a completely different system from our regular Sundance Saloon volunteer system.
